2. Service Description
Distriby.AI is a platform for distribution and monitoring of corporate content visibility in Artificial Intelligence ecosystems, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google SGE, Bing Chat, and other AI assistants.
3. Permitted Use
By using Distriby.AI, you agree to use the service solely for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
4. Limitation of Liability
AI visibility results depend on external factors such as third-party algorithms (OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic) that are outside N45.Tech's control. We do not guarantee specific positioning or mentions on AI platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
The name Distriby.AI, logos, interface, and content are the exclusive property of N45.Tech, protected under Brazilian Law 9.610/98. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Brazilian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
