We collect the following data when you fill out our forms:

• Contact Form: full name, corporate email, company, job title, and message.
• Newsletter: email address.

2. Purpose of Processing

• Contact Form: to get in touch, conduct an initial AI visibility assessment, and present our services.
• Newsletter: to send educational content about AI, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and brand visibility.

3. Legal Basis

Data processing is carried out based on the data subject's express consent, given by completing and submitting the form (Art. 7, item I, of the LGPD).

4. Third-Party Data Processors

• Formspree (formspree.io): processes contact and newsletter form data. See Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Tools without personal data processing: Plausible Analytics (plausible.io) — cookieless site analytics, no collection of identifiable personal data, anonymized data only. Not considered a personal data processor. See plausible.io/privacy.

5. Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies by design.

6. Your Rights

Under the LGPD, you have the right to:

• Access: obtain confirmation that we process your data and access it.
• Correction: request correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
• Deletion: request deletion of data processed based on consent.
• Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. Data Retention
